On the 20th of January, April, July and October. Each report covers the last full calendar quarter. The January 20 report covers October, November and December.
Every store with Class B machines files a report with the Lottery four times a year. The Georgia Amusement Journal’s October 2026 calendar gave the most recent due date. The gross retail receipts for July, August and September were due October 20. They had to be filed online at gacoam.com. The calendar adds: “Failure to report on time may result in penalties.”
Georgia Code § 50-27-84 sets the dates. Each report is due “on the twentieth day of January, April, July, and October.” Each one covers “the previous calendar quarter.” The report for October, November and December 2026 is due January 20, 2027.
Lottery Rule 13.1.14(8) says reports are filed online. Each report must carry a sworn statement that its numbers are true.
The law calls it a “quarterly verified report.” Location by location, it must show the gross receipts and the net receipts of the Class B machines, among other items.
