Create users and manage access
Give them a short username and password — no email needed on their end.
Controls what happens when someone taps Sign Up on the public login screen. Switch back to "Normal (Stripe payment)" once you're ready to start charging.
Shows a small "EARLY ACCESS" tag next to the logo in the app header. Turn it off once you're ready to drop it — no need to come back to me for that.

Everyone who can sign in to this app. Each user has a personal PIN and selects their name on the "Who's working?" screen. The checkboxes control which tabs a staff member's login can open — the Redeem tab is always available.
