Frequently asked questions
Do I need new machines or hardware?
No. The Master Portal works on any phone or computer. Your technicians use their own phones.
Can my technicians use the app in Spanish?
Yes. The Field Tech app is available in English and Spanish. Each technician selects their language.
Does each technician have their own sign-in?
Yes. Each technician signs in on his own. He gets the jobs you send him.
Do you support machines outside Georgia?
Yes. Turn on collections for locations outside Georgia. Your field team records meters, collections and balances in the app.
Can I add locations later?
Yes. Add a location at any time from the portal. You pay only for the days left in your billing period, then it bills with the rest.
